Refunds are not applicable once design work has started or concepts have been delivered. However, if a mistake occurs on our end, we will provide revisions or solutions at no extra cost.

We respect your privacy. All information shared (e.g. contact details, brand materials) is kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of completing your design request.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, references, and timely feedback to ensure project success. Delay in response may delay delivery.

Final designs delivered by EasyCreate may be used for personal or commercial purposes by the client. We reserve the right to showcase the design in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
